Roofing & building in Wandsworth

Wandsworth and its neighbours — Southfields, Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town — are packed with Victorian and Edwardian terraces. Many have rear extensions and flat roofs that need keeping watertight. It's dense, family-home territory, and exactly the kind of roofing we do day in, day out.

A short hop over the bridge from Fulham, we're quick to reach for a leak. We're also well set up for bigger jobs, including re-roofs, flat-roof extensions, leadwork and loft conversions, all handled by one local team. Because everything runs through the same crew, nothing gets lost between separate trades.

Got a leaking flat roof on a rear extension? See our guide on why flat roofs leak for the most common causes. And for period terraces, our comparison of slate versus tile roofing covers appearance, weight and conservation area rules.

Most jobs here start with a visit so we can see the extension roof or terrace roof in person, since it's hard to judge the extent of any damage from a description alone. We'll give you a clear written quote afterwards, along with honest advice on repair versus replacement. There's no obligation either way, and no pressure to book on the spot. If the roof is actively leaking, let us know when you get in touch, since we try to prioritise anything urgent.
