Roofing & building specialists in West London
Oldfield Roofing & Building Services is a roofing and general building contractor working across Fulham and the wider West London area, pairing traditional roofing skills with a complete range of building works.
Traditional roofing, modern building
West London is full of period terraces, mansion blocks and modern extensions, and each one needs a roofer who understands how it was built. We work with the full range of traditional roofing systems, from natural slate and clay tile to lead, copper and zinc, as well as modern flat-roofing membranes for extensions and garages.
What sets us apart is breadth. Because we handle both roofing and general building work, including loft conversions and extensions, you can take a project from a leaking roof right through to a finished new room. That means one team, one point of contact and one standard of work throughout.
Our approach is simple. We assess the job honestly, recommend repair or replacement on its merits, use the right materials for your property, and leave a tidy site behind. We also give free, no-obligation written quotes, so you know exactly where you stand before any work begins.

A better way to get roofing done
Craftsmanship
Time-served roofing skills and traditional materials, laid the way they should be. It's a slower approach, but it's the one that lasts.
One team
Roofing, leadwork and building works all come from a single contractor. Because we farm nothing out, there is no trade juggling and no gaps in accountability.
Honest advice
You get a clear, fair assessment of repair versus replacement, plus a written quote before we start. We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a job you don't need.
Local
We work from a base around Fulham and cover the whole of West London. Since we stay close by, we can reach most jobs quickly and respond fast.
Based in Fulham, covering West London
We cover Fulham (SW6) and the surrounding area — including Putney, Hammersmith, Chelsea, Wandsworth, Kensington, Chiswick, Barnes, Battersea and Richmond — within roughly 20 miles. If you're just outside that patch, get in touch anyway, since we can often still help.
